Yes it’s true. This really is installed like this. Snapped at the local primary school, where you know the dumbass got paid 50% more than regular installs purely for the fact that it’s a public school.

I’ve seen this done before too and the dorks glued the sticky paper down underneath as well. No wonder tiles were starting to lift off! It created some sort of reaction/discoloration on the edges of the large square sheets.
